There are certain scenarios where this might not work well for you.
From our testing, people prefer to talk to a real person over an AI when they call from an ad. There are ways we can structure your ads to make it work, but if you prefer call ads, you may be more interested in our Google Ads Management service.
The main AI we use isn't yet smart or secure enough to be able to handle asking lots of health questions. If your calls consist of more than booking appointments or answering basic questions, then this might not be for you.
If you have someone like a chiropractic assistant that helps with patients AND can also answer calls, this may not be a good fit for you. Unless your employees are so busy they can't answer 100% of calls (or they only answer calls), this might just be a waste of money for you.
